Deposit Process
- To make a deposit, log in to your Capitalcore Client Portal, go to the “Deposit” section, choose your trading account and payment method, enter the deposit amount, and confirm the transaction.
- If applicable, you can opt for a 40% deposit bonus during the process.
- Supported deposit methods include credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Perfect Money, and cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum.
- Deposit fees vary by method:
- Cryptocurrency: No deposit fee.
- PayPal: No deposit fee, but the minimum deposit is $50.
- Perfect Money: 1% deposit fee (for amounts above $50); minimum deposit for most methods is $10, except for PayPal ($50) and Perfect Money ($1).
Withdrawal Process
- You can request a withdrawal from your client portal. After submitting your request, it will be processed by the accounting team according to Capitalcore’s payment, funding, refund, and AML policies.
- You must use the same method for withdrawing your deposited funds as you used for the deposit. However, profits can be withdrawn using any available e-wallet or cryptocurrency option.
- Withdrawals to e-wallets are typically processed within 1 to 24 business hours; cryptocurrency withdrawals are generally the fastest. Credit/debit card withdrawals may take slightly longer, with all methods processed only on business days.
- Withdrawals are only paid to the source of the deposit, except profits, which can be transferred to other approved methods.
- Withdrawal fees depend on the method:
- Cryptocurrency: Network fee ($20 fixed for Bitcoin).
- PayPal: Fee ranges from 0% to 5%.
- Perfect Money: 0% fee for withdrawals up to $50, and 1% for higher amounts.
