Deposits
Dukascopy clients can deposit funds into their accounts using several methods:
- Credit or Debit Card: Funds deposited using a card are usually credited almost immediately, though in some cases processing may take up to 48 hours if manual review is required.
- Bank Wire Transfer: Funds sent via wire transfer may take up to two working days to reach your account. Detailed instructions are provided in the platform under the “Deposit” section.
- Cryptocurrency and E-wallets: Some Dukascopy accounts support funding via selected cryptocurrencies and popular e-wallets, with instructions available in the deposit section.
Fees for deposits depend on the selected payment method and transaction amount. Specific fee details can be found within your account or on the Dukascopy website.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals from Dukascopy are processed through multiple channels:
- Bank Wire Transfer: Withdrawals by wire transfer require you to submit your full bank details (beneficiary name, IBAN, SWIFT/BIC, and sometimes bank address). Processing typically takes a few business days.
- Credit/Debit Card: Usually, funds can be withdrawn back to the card used for deposit. Processing may take several business days.
- Cryptocurrency Wallet: Withdrawals can also be sent directly to an external crypto wallet. Enter your wallet address in the withdrawal section and double-check for accuracy as errors could delay or lose funds.
- E-wallet or Payment Gateway: Some account types allow withdrawals to third-party e-wallets. You'll need to provide identifying account information and check it carefully before submitting your request.
- Internal Transfer / DC Payments: For those with multiple Dukascopy or DC Payment accounts, internal transfers between your own accounts are possible.
All withdrawal requests must be made through your account's withdrawal section. Online forms have improved processing speed and clarity. Processing times vary by method and may be subject to security checks.

- If a payment is sent to an incorrect recipient (for example, using the wrong mobile number for DC Payments), contact Dukascopy support immediately. Payments cannot be cancelled once sent unless unaccepted by the recipient within a set period.
