Nadex offers several ways for users to deposit and withdraw funds from their trading accounts. Here’s a breakdown of how each process works:

Deposits

• Supported Methods: You can deposit funds into your Nadex account using a debit card, bank transfer/ACH (Automated Clearing House), or wire transfer. U.S. customers can use Plaid for instant bank transfers. There are no minimum deposit requirements to open or fund your account.
• Processing Time: Debit card deposits are typically instant. ACH/bank transfer deposits may take a few days to clear. There is a five-business day withdrawal hold on new bank account deposits to allow for clearing of ACH transfers.
• Verification: You may need to verify your bank account or debit card before depositing, such as by uploading a bank statement or screenshot. Only personal checking accounts in your name can be used; not savings, commercial, retirement, or other account types.

Withdrawals

• Supported Methods: You can withdraw funds via ACH (free for U.S. customers), debit card (up to the amount originally deposited from that card), or wire transfer. Any funds not eligible for card withdrawal can be withdrawn via ACH or wire transfer.
• Withdrawal Limits: For debit card withdrawals, you can only withdraw up to the amount you funded with that card minus previous withdrawals. The maximum per withdrawal transaction is $10,000, with a daily limit of $50,000.
• Fees: ACH withdrawals are free. Wire withdrawals incur a $25 processing fee, and wire requests received before the afternoon cut-off time are processed the same business day. ACH withdrawals take 3-5 business days to process.
• Verification and Documentation: Nadex may require additional documentation to verify account ownership before processing withdrawals. You must initiate all withdrawals from within your Nadex account under the “My Account” section.
• Withdrawal Holds: Funds deposited from a new bank account are subject to a five-business day withdrawal hold due to ACH clearing times.
