Depositing Funds

• You can select from preset deposit amounts or enter a custom amount. The deposited sum is credited instantly when using instant methods like cards.
• Your deposit will be automatically converted to the trading currency you selected at account setup. Note that you cannot change your account currency after the first deposit.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed based on the method used for depositing:
  • If you deposited with an e-wallet, you must withdraw to the same e-wallet account.
  • If you deposited with a bank card, withdrawals up to the deposit amount must be returned to that card. Profits above the deposited sum will need to be withdrawn via an alternative method, such as an e-wallet.
• To initiate a withdrawal, you submit a withdrawal request through the withdrawal page in your account. You will be asked to specify the desired amount and provide requested details.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 3 business days.
• You can check the status of your withdrawal ("Funds sent", "Hold", or "Cancelled") and receive any notes or comments on the withdrawal page.
