Deposits

• Deposits are processed via the Trading Terminal MT 7 and are handled by AZAforex’s accounting department within one hour, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm UTC (business days only).
• You can open a trading account with base cryptocurrencies such as BTC, BCH, ETH, DASH, LTC, or XMR. Each account receives a unique crypto address used for deposits.
• To deposit, select your trading account, click the Deposit icon, and use the displayed crypto address. Cryptocurrency deposits require at least 3 blockchain confirmations before the funds are credited.
• There are no restrictions on the number or amount of deposits.
• AZAforex covers payment system commissions for deposits of $100 or more.
• Deposits must originate from a source in the trader’s name, in line with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) rules; third-party deposits are not accepted.
• If you choose to deposit with cryptocurrency, you can do so without verifying your account, allowing for anonymous deposits.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals can be made through the Trading Terminal MT 7 by navigating to the Withdrawals section, selecting the account, payment system, amount, and currency.
• There is a minimum withdrawal amount of $10, with no limitation on the number of withdrawals.
• Available withdrawal options:
  • Cryptocurrency: No account verification required; you can withdraw directly to your crypto wallet. The company does not charge withdrawal fees; only the payment system or miner's fee applies.
  • E-wallets and Cards: Requires account verification by uploading documents. Funds can be withdrawn to E-wallets or cards only after your documents are approved.
• All withdrawals must be made to accounts in the trader’s name; third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• For card withdrawals, AZAforex can only return up to the deposited amount by card (i.e., profits or excess funds must be withdrawn by another method). Card refunds may take 3–5 business days to reach your statement.
• The company processes withdrawal requests Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm UTC; requests submitted after 5:00 pm are processed the next business day.
• After processing, you will be notified of your successful withdrawal.
