How to access blocked social media in China?

Got sent to China to negotiate some supply deals for our company. China's a whole different world - different culture, different language, and honestly it's boring as hell in the evenings because there's nothing to do. Most people don't speak English so I can't even go out and have a decent conversation with anyone. Thought social media would at least be an escape, keep in touch with family and friends, read the news, check out interesting Twitter threads. But nope, that's a problem too. Everything's blocked here. How can I even get on Twitter at this point?
